He was born in 1935 in Žadlovice near Olomouc. He studied in Brno at the textile industrial school. His artistic talents accompanied him from early childhood. He painted pictures and tapestries. At first he painted landscapes, still lifes, watercolors and linocuts. At a later age, he started to paint in a different style, "Ladovsky". The exhibitions he organized in the Highlands were always successful. He worked at the Hedva company as a tie designer. He died in 2020.
